Mallard Productions were commissioned to produce a promotional advert for Weber Shandwick and the ICMI Scottish Luxury Collection of hotels.
The advert was intended to be a slightly humorous take on the concept of ‘Remembering Luxury’ in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. The idea was that a couple had forgotten what it was like to be wined and dined and were taking matters into their own hands when staying in a luxury hotel for the first time in months.
The advert was filmed over a single day at Andy Murray’s Cromlix Hotel in Perthshire. It has since gone on to be their most successful video in terms of viewing figures, reaching over 325,000 people on Facebook alone.
