Mallard Productions were delighted to provide live streaming services for Upfront and Centre when they came to Glasgow in 2023.
Taking place at the Barras Art and Design on Saturday March 11th, this event was comprised of a full day conference, spread across 12 hours, with 300 of Upfront’s members in attendance.
We provided a full production crew for the purposes of the live stream and large screens around the venue. This included multiple cameras, camera operators, vision director, microphones, an audio technician, audio mixer, monitors, laptops, live subtitling and graphics. As some screens required graphics or different mixes, we had several aux outputs being utilised. We also played VTs and brought in live speakers from across the globe. The stream was broadcast live on Youtube throughout the duration of the day.
In addition to the live stream, we produced a highlights film of the day. This included interviews with attendees and general B-Roll of the location.
